Welcome to Westview Middle School—home of the Wildcats! 

Dear Current and Future Wildcats,

I am Dr. Emily Delgado, and it is an honor to serve as the principal of Westview Middle School. I am proud to welcome you to a school community grounded in belonging, high expectations, meaningful relationships, and Wildcat pride.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student is capable of meaningful growth and success. Students thrive when they are known, valued, challenged, and supported by adults who believe in their potential. At Westview, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment where students receive rigorous instruction, develop confidence, discover their strengths, and become responsible members of their community.

There is so much to celebrate about Westview. Our dedicated teachers and staff work tirelessly to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student. Our Wildcats bring creativity, curiosity, resilience, and unique perspectives to our campus each day. Our families and community partners strengthen our school through their encouragement, involvement, and commitment to student success.

I am especially proud of our continued academic growth and the recognition our students and teachers have earned in science and social studies. We also celebrate the many ways our students grow through fine arts, athletics, clubs, leadership opportunities, and service. These accomplishments reflect the determination of our students and the shared commitment of our entire Wildcat community.

Our work is a partnership. When students, families, educators, and community members work together, remarkable growth is possible. We will continue to celebrate progress, learn from challenges, and pursue excellence while ensuring that every Wildcat feels seen, supported, and prepared for the future.
